Resetting Forgotten Passphrase
Cloud administrators can reset their passphrase themselves using "Forgot Passphrase" link on the login page.
| Note | Forgot Passphrase feature is not available in CLI and End User Quarantine. | 
Procedure
| Step 1 | On the login page (of either the Legacy Web Interface or New Web Interface), click Forgot Passphrase.

| Step 2 | Enter your username in the Username field. | ||
| Step 3 | Enter your registered email address in the Email Address field. | ||
| Step 4 | Click Submit. | ||
| Step 5 | Click Back to Login Page.

| Step 6 | On the Legacy Web Interface login page, enter your username in the Username field. | ||
| Step 7 | Enter the temporary passphrase in the Passphrase field. | ||
| Step 8 | Click Login. After you log in with the temporary passphrase, you are redirected to the Change Passphrase page. | ||
| Step 9 | Enter your existing passphrase in the Old Passphrase field. | ||
| Step 10 | Choose Enter a Passphrase of your choice. | ||
| Step 11 | Enter the new passphrase in the Passphrase field. | ||
| Step 12 | Re-enter the new passphrase in the Retype Passphrase field. | ||
| Step 13 | Click Submit. |
