Displaying a Message for Administrative Users

You can display a message that administrative users will see when they sign in to the appliance.

To set or clear a message:

Step 1

If you are planning to use a text file, upload it to the /data/pub/configuration directory on the appliance.

Step 2

Access the command-line interface (CLI).

Step 3

Run the adminaccessconfig > BANNER command.

Step 4

Load the banner message.

Step 5

Commit the change.
